Research and Projects

Eileen Crimmins is the co-director of the USC/UCLA Center on Biodemography and Population Health (CBPH). This Center fosters the integration of medical, biological, and epidemiological information in large scale population studies to model and predict population health trends and differentials. Crimmins also co-directs the NIA supported Network for the Measurement of Biological Risk and leads the USC Multidisciplinary Research Training in Gerontology program. Crimmins is currently working on understanding health change with age in a number of populations including the United States, China, Japan, Mexico, Indonesia, and Bolivia.
